Refund policy

Treatment services
Treatments and services are non-refundable once booked, purchased or carried out, unless Create Your Wellness is unable to provide the service and cannot offer a suitable alternative. Results vary from person to person and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Courses and packages
Courses and packages are non-refundable, including those purchased but not yet used. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions cannot be carried beyond expiry unless agreed in writing before expiry. Courses cannot usually be shared, transferred or exchanged unless agreed in writing. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be deducted from the remaining balance.

Medical unsuitability
If you become medically unsuitable for a purchased treatment, course or package, Create Your Wellness will try to offer a safe and suitable alternative. Medical evidence may be requested. Where appropriate, a credit note may be issued for unused services; refunds are not automatic.
