Terms of service

These terms apply to bookings, treatments, consultations, courses, packages, memberships, vouchers, products and purchases made with Create Your Wellness, unless separate written terms apply.

Booking and suitability
Your booking is not confirmed until any required deposit, card details, consultation form or pre-payment has been received. Appointment times may include consultation, preparation, treatment, aftercare and payment. You must disclose relevant medical information, medication, allergies, pregnancy, contraindications and patch-test requirements before treatment.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for appointments up to two hours, 72 hours for appointments of three hours or more, and at least three hours for same-day bookings. Late cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows may be charged at 100% of the appointment value, including when paid using a course or package.

Courses and packages
Courses and packages are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated. They are subject to treatment suitability and availability. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be deducted from the remaining balance.
