Course terms

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Booking in advance is required and appointments are subject to availability.
• Unused sessions cannot be carried beyond the expiry date unless agreed in writing before expiry.
• Courses are non-refundable and cannot usually be shared, transferred or exchanged unless agreed in writing.
• Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be deducted from the remaining balance.
• Treatment suitability, consultation, medical information and any required patch test must be completed before treatment.
